To ensure that these high-performance models can be deployed stably and rapidly—without compromising the experience of free users—we have integrated them into our membership system. This approach enables us to make continuous investments in R&D while ensuring the equitable allocation of server resources. Credits are virtual units used in Drama.Land to exchange for computing resources or functions, such as music generation, image generation, video generation, exporting, or other high-computing capabilities. They are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Different features, models, and task types may consume different amounts of credits. Drama.Land will display the relevant usage information before key generation, rendering, or export actions.

Yes. Drama.Land allows separate credit recharge. Buying credits gives you additional usage capacity, but does not automatically include membership-only benefits, access to Premium video models, or commercial rights unless expressly stated on the purchase page.

Different types of credits may have different validity periods. Subscription credits, purchased credits, and promotional credits may be governed by different rules. Please refer to the purchase page, campaign page, or credits record of your account details for the applicable validity period.

Unless a plan or campaign explicitly says otherwise, subscription-included credits usually do not automatically roll over to the next billing cycle. Whether purchased credits remain valid long term depends on the purchase page disclosure.

Yes. Unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle, recurring subscriptions generally renew automatically based on your selected monthly or annual billing plan.

You can cancel auto-renewal through your manage billing button. Cancellation usually prevents future renewals only and does not retroactively refund charges for the current billing period.

You can upgrade your plan. The specific effective time, handling of price differences, remaining benefits, and credits rules will be explained on the change page. Generally, the upgrade will take effect immediately. We do not support downgrades; you can cancel your subscription and then subscribe again.

Currently yes. Commercial rights are typically included in specific paid plans. Before purchase, you should confirm whether your selected plan explicitly includes "commercial rights," "commercial usage rights," or similar wording.

If the relevant content was generated while you had a valid commercial plan and the corresponding commercial authorization was obtained at that time, the commercial rights to these existing outputs usually do not automatically expire due to the subsequent cancellation of the subscription.

You can download your invoice or receipt from your Order History page. Apart from the above documents, Drama.Land is not able to provide other supporting consumption documents.

Invoices and receipts are provided as payment confirmation and record documents, including information of our company, your account email, service details, payment amount, and transaction date. Whether they can be used for reimbursement, tax deduction, or accounting purposes depends on the tax laws and regulations in your country or region. Unless required by law, subscription fees, credit packs, and other digital services that have been activated or credited are generally non-refundable.

No. AI generation is inherently probabilistic. Once a generation, render, export, or similar compute process has begun, the related consumed credits are generally not refundable solely because the result does not meet your subjective expectations. Please note that if AI content generation fails, the system will automatically return your credits.

If a material platform-side technical issue prevents you from reasonably using a paid benefit, Drama.Land may provide a reasonable remedy such as re-crediting credits, extending validity, granting service credits, or offering another appropriate resolution.

If you delete your account, any unused credits, membership benefits, and prepaid fees are generally forfeited without refund unless required otherwise by applicable law.
