FAQ
Why does the movement stutter?
Because stop-motion does. The clip runs at roughly 12 frames per second with a faint jitter between steps, as if someone repositioned the puppet by hand each frame. Smoothing that out would destroy the effect.
Can I turn a person into a clay character?
Yes. Upload a photo and the subject is rebuilt as a clay puppet — visible seams, tool marks, slightly asymmetric face — while staying recognizable.
What makes this look handmade rather than CGI?
The imperfections: fingerprints in the clay, uneven surfaces that shift between frames, and a miniature set with real cardboard and fabric texture under practical lighting.
